Join us for a dynamic fencing experience that blends historical exploration with hands-on practice!
Our sessions include a 10-15 minute warmup focusing on fencing movements, followed by a brief lesson on a historical source. Dive into sparring games designed to explore techniques from the lesson (30-40 mins), culminating in free sparring rounds for an hour or more.
Practices are open to all skill levels. We introduce basic sword movements, allowing you to gear up and engage in controlled matches with senior fencers. Our Evolutionary Approach emphasizes self-discovery, fostering better outcomes.
All participants should wear weather-appropriate exercise clothes and athletic shoes with a zero-drop heel. Bring water and an athletic cup (if you have one).
No advance sign-up required; new participants can register as intro members on-site. Waivers will be provided at the venue.
